I can't access some of my external accounts

If employees have been using their work email for personal logins and sites (YouTube, Blogger, Google Play, Google Voice, Google Payments, Google Photos, Google Earth, Google Groups, Google Fi, etc.), those will be disrupted. Employees should not use their KNA and/or PG emails for personal reasons.

What about my password?

This change will not impact employee passwords. Employees will continue to log in with their current password and be reminded to update it in OneLogin when it is about to expire. If you use a PG email as part of your credentials, your new email address should be the only change in your log-in experience
